Commemorate 40 years of Aqualand's legacy with the limited edition JP2008-06E, a tribute to the world's first electronic depth-sensing diving watch. It was launched in 1985 with the Citizen watch called "Aqualand."
The CITIZEN PROMASTER line of professional sports watches offers superior functionality that sparks the imagination.
The JP2008-06E features the crown at 4 o'clock, the three pushers, and the distinctive bulbous depth sensor at 9 o'clock, replicating the shape of the original model.
The case features a brushed matte grey finish, while gold-tone details give it a special 40th-anniversary appearance.
In addition to displaying the time, calendar, alarm, and chronograph, the digital display also allows for depth measurement and dive time tracking in dive mode.
It is also equipped with an ascent rate alarm function that emits an audible signal when the ascent rate exceeds a predetermined limit. The strap is made of BENEBiOL™*, a plant-based polyurethane. CITIZEN has adopted BENEBiOL for its straps because it is resistant to hydrolysis when exposed to moisture and has a lower environmental impact.
