The new Tissot Sideral S is a fusion of 1970s vintage, modern craftsmanship and sports watch, 41 mm carbon case. The Sideral collection was originally designed in 1969 by Tissot with a fiberglass case (a first in the watch industry at the time); in 1971, the collection received a colorful and sporty update. Now Tissot update the design of its classic Sideral S with current materials. - Black PVD finished stainless steel unidirectional rotating bezel, designed for "water sports" use, featuring a standard 60 minute time scale, along with a regatta countdown sub-scale, as well as serving as a traditional diver's watch .
The new updates would be:
- The removal of the "Sideral S" logo - The 3 spheres and their terminals are identical in all their models - The second hand is shiny, T-shaped - Use bright colors and materials - Sideral's dynamic display that is visible in the dark.
The new Tissot Sideral T145.407.97.057.01 is powered by the Powermatic 80 movement in an improved version of the ETA 2824 exclusive to the Swatch Group. It features the Nivachron balance spring for added resistance to magnetism.
